Software for Media, Creators and Entertainment

An audience on a platform is rented. We build the products that make it yours.

Operations

Operational problems to solve

Common situations to examine during discovery with the people who do the work.

  • Our audience belongs to a platform.

Reach depends on an algorithm, contact details are not exportable, and a policy change can remove the business overnight.

  • Memberships are spread across three services.

Subscriptions, content hosting and community each sit in a different tool, none of which know about the others.

  • Paid content leaks immediately.

Without signed access and sensible controls, subscriber only material is public within hours of release.

  • Licensing is tracked in a spreadsheet.

Who may use which asset, where and until when, is recorded manually, so renewals and breaches are found late.

  • Launches break the site.

Traffic arrives in a ten minute window, and infrastructure sized for an average day cannot absorb it.

  • Revenue splits are calculated by hand.

Collaborators, contributors and platforms each take a share, and reconciling it every month takes days.

Software capabilities

Content, creator access and product operations

01

Asset and publishing workflow

Keep source assets, approved versions, rights metadata and publication status together. A scheduled release should verify approval and entitlement before publishing, not just fire a timed upload.

02

Creator products and revenue allocation

Support creator-specific storefronts or tenant experiences with audience access and processor-managed revenue sharing. Keep platform fees, refunds and payout status distinct in reporting.

03

Interactive experiences

Build browser-based games and tools with explicit input handling, saved progress and performance budgets. Editorial teams need configurable content and release controls without changing the rendering engine for every update.

Integration

Systems we connect to

Identify the system of record, available interfaces and vendor access before defining the integration scope.

Systems integrated in Media and Creators
Membership and subscriptionTiers, trials, renewals and entitlement derived from payment state, with your own payment relationship.
Content deliveryVideo and downloads behind short lived signed URLs, served from a content delivery network sized for launch spikes.
CommunityDiscussion, direct messaging and moderation attached to membership rather than hosted somewhere separate.
Licensing recordsRights, territories, terms and expiry per asset, with reminders before renewal dates.
Revenue splitsAutomated distribution to collaborators through connected accounts, with a ledger that explains every transfer.
Interactive experiencesBrowser based games, tools and configurators that reach an audience in one click.

Security and implementation

Access rules belong in the architecture.

Enforce tenant boundaries, restrict unpublished assets and document rights to distributed media. Payment onboarding and payouts remain with the processor; software must surface restricted accounts instead of assuming every creator can receive funds.

Security, confidentiality and IP ownership

Relevant technology choices

The final stack depends on existing systems, device requirements and data access.

FAQ

Media and Creators questions

Can we move an audience off a platform?

Partially, and it takes time. What you can do is own the next relationship: email, membership and payment on infrastructure you control, with platform reach used to feed it rather than hold it.

How do you protect paid content?

Short lived signed URLs tied to the session, download controls where appropriate, and watermarking where it is worth the cost. No browser delivered content is absolutely protected and we do not claim otherwise.

Can the site handle a launch spike?

Yes, with static generation and edge delivery for everything that is not personalised, so the traffic that arrives in ten minutes mostly never reaches an application server.

Can collaborators be paid automatically?

Yes, through connected accounts with a defined split, and a ledger showing what was paid and why.

Can we run a white label version for other creators?

Yes. A multi tenant platform with per creator branding, domains and revenue share is a well understood pattern.

Do you build games?

Browser based games and interactive experiences, yes, on canvas with a purpose built loop.

Let’s talk about the system you need.

Tell us where the current process breaks down. We can map the workflow, examine the integration requirements and define a practical scope for the build.

  • A mutual NDA is signed before project details are shared.
  • Scope is fixed in writing before any build starts.
  • You own the source code, the IP and the documentation at delivery.
  • Support plans are available and tailored on a discovery or technical call.
