Course structure
Courses, modules and lessons with ordering, prerequisites, drip scheduling by date or by enrolment offset, and optional versus required items.
Solution
Course platforms that handle enrolment, sequencing, progress, assessment and certificates, built for the way your programme actually runs.

Overview
A learning management system delivers structured content to learners, tracks what they have completed, assesses them, and proves it afterwards.
Off the shelf platforms suit a standard course with a standard shape. They become expensive when the programme has cohorts, prerequisites, blended delivery, or an assessment model the platform does not support.
We build course platforms where the structure, the pacing rules and the reporting reflect the programme rather than a template.
Course creators, training businesses and organizations delivering adult learning or internal training.
Course structure, enrollment, progress and assessment are separate models. Editing a lesson must not erase completion records. We build authoring and review controls alongside the learner interface, with rules for cohorts and scheduled releases.
Modules
Courses, modules and lessons with ordering, prerequisites, drip scheduling by date or by enrolment offset, and optional versus required items.
Video with resumable playback and position tracking, text lessons, downloadable resources, and embedded interactive exercises.
Self serve purchase, invitation, bulk enrolment for organisations, and cohorts with start dates and shared pacing.
Completion at lesson, module and course level with the rule for what counts as complete defined per item rather than assumed.
Quizzes with question banks, randomisation, attempt limits, timed windows and scoring rules, plus submitted work with review and feedback.
Issued on defined criteria, generated as documents with a verifiable reference, and revocable where a programme requires it.
Cohort views, progress reporting, at risk learner flags, submission review queues and bulk messaging.
One time purchase, subscription access, bundles, coupons and organisational seats, with entitlement driven by payment state.
Architecture
A typical implementation flow, with explicit responsibilities at each boundary.
Review and version lessons, media and assessments.
Resolve paid or assigned access and the learner’s cohort.
Record progress and assessment attempts against a stable course revision.
Security and controls
Authorize media and downloadable resources at request time. Separate instructor and learner data. Retain only the learning records required for the program; K12 student-record platforms are outside the current offering.
We select the final stack after reviewing your existing systems and operating requirements.
Security and IP practicesFAQ
Yes. Seat based enrolment, an administrator view for the buying organisation, bulk invitation and consolidated reporting are all standard parts of the model.
Playback uses short lived signed URLs tied to the session, so a link copied out of the page expires. Absolute protection is not possible for content a browser can play, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
Yes, either on fixed dates for a cohort or on an offset from each learner enrolment date. Both models are supported per course.
Entitlement follows payment state through a webhook driven state machine. You decide the policy: immediate loss of access, a grace period, or retained access to completed material.
We integrate scheduling and attendance with your conferencing tool of choice and attach the recordings back to the course.
No. We do not build systems that handle K12 student records. Professional and adult learning programmes are in scope.
Tell us where the current process breaks down. We can map the workflow, examine the integration requirements and define a practical scope for the build.
