Coverage

How delivery is organised

We work with clients in North America and Europe. Engineering capacity is a mix of onshore and offshore teams, and the mix for your engagement is agreed with you rather than decided for you.

Distributed delivery fails in predictable ways: work stops at the end of one day and waits for a call the next, decisions are made twice, and accountability dissolves across a boundary. The answer is structural rather than cultural. Every engagement has one dedicated project manager and one team lead, so there is always a named person accountable regardless of where the work happened that day.

The overlap window is agreed before the engagement starts. Embedded and extended team models need more of it than project delivery, because they share a process with your own team rather than meeting at a deliverable.

Practice

What makes distributed work hold

These are the habits that keep a boundary from becoming a delay.

  1. Written handover at the end of each period
What moved, what is blocked and what the next person should pick up, so work continues instead of waiting for a call.
  2. Decisions recorded, not remembered
A technical decision written down once is available to everyone. A decision made in a call is available to the people on it.
  3. One accountable pair per engagement
A dedicated project manager and a team lead, regardless of how many locations contribute.
  4. Asynchronous first, calls for judgement
Status is written. Calls are for decisions that genuinely need discussion.
  5. Specification as the shared reference
A written scope means the same thing in every time zone. A conversation does not.
  6. Overlap agreed in advance
The window is set before work starts rather than discovered when something is urgent.

FAQ

Delivery questions

Where are your teams based?

We do not name the country of any team. What we do commit to is the coverage: markets in North America and Europe, onshore and offshore engineering capacity, and an overlap window agreed before your engagement starts.

Why not say where the teams are?

Because it invites the wrong question. What matters to a client is the overlap window, the accountability structure and the quality of the work, all of which are agreed in writing.

Can we choose onshore only?

Yes. The mix is agreed with you rather than assumed, and it is written into the engagement.

How much working hour overlap do we get?

The window is agreed before the engagement starts, based on your working hours and the model you choose. Embedded and extended team work usually needs more overlap than project delivery.

What happens across a time zone boundary?

A written handover at the end of each working period, so work continues rather than waiting for a call. That note is part of the cadence rather than an informal courtesy.

Is support available in our language?

Support is available in English, French, Spanish and Filipino.

Let’s talk about the system you need.

Tell us where the current process breaks down. We can map the workflow, examine the integration requirements and define a practical scope for the build.

  • A mutual NDA is signed before project details are shared.
  • Scope is fixed in writing before any build starts.
  • You own the source code, the IP and the documentation at delivery.
  • Support plans are available and tailored on a discovery or technical call.
