Software for E Learning and Course Creators

Owning the platform means owning the learner relationship, the data and the margin.

Operations

Operational problems to solve

Common situations to examine during discovery with the people who do the work.

  • The platform takes a share of everything we sell.

Revenue share charges grow with sales. Compare them with the full cost of building, maintaining and supporting your own platform before deciding to move.

  • We cannot see where people stop.

Completion is reported as a percentage with no view of the specific lesson where a cohort drops off.

  • Cohorts need pacing the platform does not do.

Drip by date, prerequisites, live sessions and group work get forced into a model designed for self paced video.

  • Selling to companies is a manual process.

Seat purchases, invoices, bulk enrolment and progress reporting for an employer all happen by email.

  • Certificates are made in a design tool.

Issued by hand, unverifiable, and impossible to reissue consistently.

  • Our learner list belongs to someone else.

The audience lives inside a platform, with limited export and no direct relationship.

Software capabilities

Course delivery beyond a collection of video links

01

Course and lesson publishing

Structure courses, modules, lessons and supporting files with draft and published versions. Keep learner progress tied to stable lesson identifiers when an editor reorganizes a course.

02

Enrollment and access

Grant entitlements from confirmed enrollment and payment events. Support cohorts, release schedules and revoked access without erasing historical completion records. LMS and commerce identifiers need an explicit mapping.

03

Learning support and knowledge search

Search approved lesson material with source references and access filtering. AI explanations should distinguish source-grounded answers from unsupported suggestions. Assessment feedback and course completion rules stay under the creator’s control.

Integration

Systems we connect to

Identify the system of record, available interfaces and vendor access before defining the integration scope.

Systems integrated in E Learning
LMS, learning management systemCourse structure, sequencing, progress, assessment and certification, built to your programme rather than a template.
Cohort deliveryStart dates, shared pacing, live sessions and group visibility, alongside self paced enrolment.
AssessmentQuestion banks, randomisation, attempt limits, timed windows and reviewed submissions.
CommerceOne time purchase, subscription, bundles, coupons and organisational seats with invoicing.

Security and implementation

Access rules belong in the architecture.

Separate instructors, learners and content editors. Protect signed media links and paid resources. This offering serves course creators and adult learning platforms, not K12 student-record systems.

Security, confidentiality and IP ownership

Relevant technology choices

The final stack depends on existing systems, device requirements and data access.

FAQ

E Learning questions

At what point is building worth it?

When platform revenue share exceeds the cost of running your own, when the pedagogy does not fit the platform model, or when the learner relationship matters more than the convenience. We will tell you when none of those apply.

Can we sell seats to employers?

Yes, with seat based enrolment, an administrator view for the buying organisation, invoicing and consolidated progress reporting.

Can content be released on a schedule?

Yes, either on fixed cohort dates or on an offset from each learner enrolment date, set per course.

Are certificates verifiable?

Yes, generated on defined criteria with a reference that a third party can check, and revocable where the programme requires it.

How is video protected?

Playback uses short lived signed URLs tied to the session. Absolute protection is not possible for content a browser can play, and we will not claim otherwise.

Do you build for schools?

No. We do not take on systems handling K12 student records. Professional and adult learning is in scope.

Let’s talk about the system you need.

Tell us where the current process breaks down. We can map the workflow, examine the integration requirements and define a practical scope for the build.

  • A mutual NDA is signed before project details are shared.
  • Scope is fixed in writing before any build starts.
  • You own the source code, the IP and the documentation at delivery.
  • Support plans are available and tailored on a discovery or technical call.
