The context

The business behind the brief

The fitness platform is a delivered white label multi tenant AI fitness SaaS for influencers. The product combines creator-specific experiences, training-program generation and revenue allocation.

The application stack includes Next.js 14, Supabase and Prisma. Stripe Connect supports the automated revenue split.

The challenge

What the system needed to solve

  • 01

Serve separate influencer experiences through subdomain tenant routing within one white label SaaS.

  • 02

Combine AI-generated 12 week programs with the platform’s data and application stack.

  • 03

Allocate revenue automatically using Stripe Connect rather than treating all receipts as one creator’s revenue.

The solution

From requirements to working software

Delivered functionality and implementation boundaries.

01

Resolve the tenant

Subdomain tenant routing selects the creator experience associated with the requested hostname. Routing identifies a tenant; it is not, by itself, proof that a user has access to that tenant's information. Keeping those concepts separate is central to understanding a multi tenant product.

02

Deliver the white label experience

Next.js 14 provides the application framework. The white label model presents an influencer's fitness offering inside a shared SaaS product. Supabase and Prisma form part of the data stack, while tenant routing determines which creator experience the visitor enters.

03

Generate a training program

The AI feature generates 12 week training programs. The useful output is a program across its training period, rather than a single conversational answer. Program generation remains a software capability; it is not a guarantee of an individual athlete's progress or a medical service.

04

Allocate revenue with Connect

Stripe Connect supports an automated revenue split. The processor's connected-account capabilities link platform commerce to creator revenue allocation. Allocation and final payout are different events, and an automated split should not be interpreted as an immediate-settlement promise.

Core functionality

What the product lets people do

  • White label multi tenant SaaS
  • Subdomain tenant routing
  • AI-generated 12 week training programs
  • Automated Stripe Connect revenue split

Technical implementation

Architecture and system boundaries

Subdomain routing selects the influencer’s tenant experience. Next.js 14 supplies the application layer, with Supabase and Prisma in the data stack. AI generation produces a 12-week training program. Stripe Connect handles the automated revenue split. Tenant routing, authorization and payout status are separate responsibilities.
