The CRM your business needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Most businesses don’t need an enterprise CRM. They need one clean place to track customers, leads, conversations and work. Sawhorse builds lightweight CRMs around your actual workflow.
Six trades. Six CRMs. All of them working.
These are functioning concepts, not screenshots. Switch modules, search records, tick off tasks, open a record, and drag leads between pipeline stages — the dashboard totals update as you go.
The whole CRM for two people. Everything you do by hand, in one place — you just do the chasing yourself.
Up to ten people, website enquiries arriving on their own, and five automations doing the chasing for you.
Unlimited users and automations, multiple pipelines, invoicing and recurring revenue — plus modules built only for your trade.

Nothing outstanding.
All names, companies and figures are fictional demonstration data. Records you create or delete live only in this browser tab — nothing is sent anywhere, and a refresh (or the Reset button in the sidebar) restores the starting data.
What this demo is, and isn’t
This is a genuinely working CRM, but it is a lightweight one running entirely in your browser tab with no server behind it. A delivered CRM has a real database, proper authentication and roles, audit history, email and webhook integrations, imported data, reporting built to your definitions, and backups. The Custom tier in particular is considerably more structured than anything that fits in a demo frame — this shows the modules and the shape, not the depth.
You choose the modules. We build the CRM around them.
Pick what your team will genuinely use. Everything you don’t pick simply isn’t built — that is the entire point of a lightweight CRM.
Deliberately not an ERP
A lightweight CRM stays lightweight. If you need inventory, purchasing, accounting workflows and multi-warehouse operations, that is a different product — Sawhorse Operations, currently in development. We would rather point you there than quietly turn your CRM into something nobody wants to open.
Own the system, or let Sawhorse run it.
Take delivery of the source code, or move to a managed plan where Sawhorse handles deployment, monitoring and backups.
